Victims (HRDs and victims accompanied by HRDs) will be the primary pillar in support, together creating a network of mutual support groups within their communities, allies, and key stakeholders.

Because they are not alone in experiencing the impact of political violence, the mutual support groups will help them see that the consequences of political violence are a reality they should not be ashamed of, a common reality around which to gather and react because it affects their health, personal and family lives, organizational activities, and their own security.
